Notes:

I composed the music track back in 1997 after returning from an unconventional bus trip around some of the National Parks in the USA. (You can see more about the trip at: www.octima.com/tortoise). I wanted the music to have a 'riding on a tortoise' kind of mood, so it's a bit slow and plodding. I used voice samples of other travellers talking about the trip, which I recorded on the bus.

Recently I wanted to experiment with synchronised sound within Flash animations, so for this project, I chose to make use of some of the Tortoise material I already had available.

It's all simple stuff, but hopefully, it evokes some of the spirit of the great times we had on that trip.
